PINEAPPLE UPSIDE DOWN CAKE

INGREDIENTS:
Yellow cake mix (Duncan Hines)
Butter - 1 stick
Brown Sugar - 1 cup
Can of crushed pineapple
Cool Whip

DIRECTIONS:
Prepare cake mix according to directions. In a 9x13 pan, melt stick of butter and add brown sugar. Stir. Add crushed pineapple. Pour cake mix over the top.

OSGOOD PIE

INGREDIENTS: 
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. allspice
1 c. raisins 
1 c apples
4 eggs whites (stiffly beaten)
4 egg yolks (beaten)
1 tbsp cinnamon
1 tsp cloves
1 c nuts (chopped)

DIRECTIONS:
Beat egg whites, set aside.  Mix all ingredients together and fold into the egg whites.  Pour into unbaked pie shells.

Bake at 300 degrees for 45 minutes - 1 hour.
